We need a minimum space of at least 10ft wide x 12ft deep x 10ft tall for the enclosure to fit. This space needs to empty of all potential objects like lights, fans, balconies, tree branches, etc.

The flatter and smoother the ground, the better.

If outside, driveways and patios work very well but a grassy or unpaved/unfinished area works too.

Other than the space for the enclosure, access to a single power outlet is necessary also. We do have extension cords.

The most common thing we do for events is facilitate either long-drive contest, or a closet-to-the-pin contest.

Both contests work just how they sound: the person with the longest shot or closest shot to a fixed target wins.

The software we use has the ability to keep track of the results automatically.

The only thing that the player has to do is enter their name on the computer and let 'er rip!

It’s as casual or intense as you want it to be. Our team will simply set up and facilitate.

While we don’t aim to be the center of attention, don’t be surprised if your guests find themselves attached to the exciting action!

Our software is connected to a highly sensitive camera-based launch monitor. When a player hits a shot, the monitor tracks the first few millimeters of ball flight/rotation and calculates how that ball would have behaved if the player were on a real course.

The data is instantly sent to the video projector, which shows a virtual golf ball flying on a virtual course and landing at its measured destination.

We also share the projector image on a TV mounted outside the enclosure so that friends nearby can keep tabs on the action!

Yes and yes! We have both right handed and left handed sets available, including driver.

Absolutely! Here’s how it could work to your benefit as a fundraiser planner:

1. Hire us for however many hours you need.

2. We set up the software to work as a long-drive or closest-to-the-pin contest, complete with automated leaderboard.

3. Attendees participate by buying X number of shots for X number of dollars.

4. Your volunteer handles the money paid by participants — all of it goes directly to your organization!

5. Once your attendee has bought their entry, they take their turn and their results are logged on the automatic leaderboard. Of course, they may try again if they want to buy some more shots — another win for your organization.

6. At the end of the event, the winning participant gets a fantastic prize (to be donated by one of your sponsors).

Imagine this scenario:
You have 100 participants paying $40 each for 3 shots in a closest-to-the-pin contest. After covering our booking fee, your organization would net nearly $4,000! Of course, how much you charge each participant is up to you.

The ideal user is someone who can hit a golf ball while using adult-sized clubs. Of course, your child can use their own clubs if they wish!

Our typical customers are adults but kids who love to golf are welcome to take a turn with parental oversight.

The only thing we ask is that we have one participant at a time, and that they be gentle and mindful while playing! The projector, launch monitor, laptop, golf clubs and enclosure are all very high-quality and thus very expensive.
